Posts: 37 Rating: (0)	Hello every body Could any engineer help me in this problem , the IM 153-2 module is not reachable in my project , i using CPU 315-2 with that module , i changed the bus cable and connectors and changed the IM 153-2 module , but the same problem Attachment 3.JPG (768 Downloads)

There are more versions with diifferent capabilities so pls understand that your info is not ok. 2. DP addresses set on devices, in case ET200M module has dip switches, you need set correctly as prj is set. 3. set operation mode on Master CPU. 4. exact cable wiring, for sure. 5. generally, it's expected as final rebuild HW option with also rebuild SW completelly prior download all inside PLC. 6. last recommendation is check diag buffer inside PLC, you can save it also as txt file (option is there) and add this txt file to ZIP. ZIP screenshots and attach ZIP file here.

Posts: 37 Rating: (0)	dear sir 1- the old ET200M module was 6ES7 153-2BA02-0XB0 / firmware v5.0 , the new one is 6ES7 153-2BA10-0XB0 / firmware v6.0 , i updated it in the hardware configuration 2- i set the dip switch in the new module as the old one " 3 " 3. operation mode on Master CPU. is DP master 4. the same cable wiring Attachment buffer.jpg (758 Downloads)

This could mean the program in the CPU is trying to read or write to a "missing" Profibus slave. To understand this better, it would be good to see the details of the loggedessages in the buffer. Please use the Save As.. button in the diagnostic buffer, so that you generate a text file with the logged messages of the buffer, in great detail. If you attach this file to your next post, we can examine it and help you see what the CPU is complaining about. Could you also tell us the status of the diagnostic LEDs on the CPU and on the IM 153-2? Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier

In case you delete previous and add new, you need configure in case of some parameters inside previous module to also new added. In other side again, you need rebuild your HW cfg and also probably SW rebuild and here I see problem in case that new module start occupy different addresses as you have inside your program. You need check everythink depended addresses and program. If you have some chance to see inside previous prj with old cfg ET200M, you can see probably different addreses, cfg, this is what I expect.
