 It supposed to be free software because it's totally dependent on hardware. The software is very old that's run on windows xp and was discontinued in 2015 yet there is no download link, who is running these things? I wouldn't be surprised if people start to avoid siemens controllers.

if you have read the information from the shared link, you would know that the software comes on a CD with the hardware. The PDF from the link mentions that the operating system is Windows XP:

I recommend to contact your Siemens guy or create a Support Request. I'm sure siemens will help you somehow, if you contact them directly. Here in the forum, customers/ users help each other (and sharing software is illegal).
