NCU 730.2  840 D  SL + NX 15 (slave ) . sometime the machine stop randomly and when i look into the problem i can see that the Manufacture cycle ,User cycle and work piece cycle on the machine is erased (not loaded ) on the nc . if i check the status light on the NCU unit the rdy and run light is green but in the NX15 module the RDY light is red and run is green . looks like the ncu module don't have anything inside .To rectify the problem i just needed to reload the last archive NCPLC again . when this problem happens the plc of the machine is ok and running .

i tried to load some picture but it is showing error .

someone have come across similar problem please let me know
