Hello Everyone,

Please I am doing an application now using CPU 1500 and encoder type sick VDF60A connect to the PLC through remote I/O and module TM Count 1*24vdc + using HSC block.

I am  trying to monitor the speed of the motor.

my problem is I am getting value but the value seems not correct and very low value add to that I am getting StatusUp and StatusDown output signals from HSC block active but the motor still running in the same direction.

Any idea what I am missing.

also I found I am getting error signal is true and Error ID is 16#80A2 

Hi Sayed,

if you encounter an error code, you should focus on it. Your error code 16#80A2 is showing an error from the technology module (see manual).

You should check your wiring!

Hello Stefan,

I just checked again the wiring and I believe I am connecting A with A and B with B phases but the point here is I am getting feedback from A and B at the same time then the error is happening.

I don't know why this is happening

please ideas
