Hi, Elwell! As PISCEAN 2010 has mentioned, alarms from 700000 to 700247 are user alarms (OEM configures them with using of PLC logic). It is strange that there is no information message. As you use 828D system you can use the built in LAD redactor, to find out reason why this alarm is triggered, use search to find out what network DB1600.DBX19.6 signal belongs. Often network has the same name as alarm number. Also, if there is noway to find out the reason that triggers this alarm, you can try to reconfigure NCK response when alarm is triggered by changing MD14516[x] (x - last 3 numbers of alarm). In your case changing bit 6 to 0 of MD14516[158] will reconfigure alarm to the message. If there is no additional action in PLC for this alarm you will put machine in operate state. I hope you assume risk that can be caused by this action. Attached document is about configuring Attachmentuser alarms 828d.pdf (328 Downloads) |
