After retrieving the archived project and installing "STEP7_HSPs.zip" for the hardware catalog, I then received error attached below. I already tried the "Save As.." procedure and hesitating to reinstall everything since everything is installed from operating system to PCS7.

System: Windows XP SP2, PCS7 v7.0 SP1

Thank you for the reply. I've managed to solve the issue by allowing the default 'selected' HSPs to be copied and installed and not choosing the "Select all" for copy and installation. With this, I was able to open the project without any problem.
