When making a page in LWE, I know I can access it through my PC browser, which requires connection to the LOGO! controller using an ethernet cable, or through my mobile browser using wifi. 

However, I'd like to access an LWE web page through mobile internet, just 4G, not wifi. Is there a way to do this? Can someone help me on my way, tell me how to get started, point me toward a useful manual...?

This isn't a problem with the logo, it's with your local network. To establish such a connection, you need a VPN server at home (not those VPN services offered everywhere) and a DDNS service, if you don't have a fixed IP address from your provider (these are usually very expensive).
