I have Sinamics VFD drive with message 1699 SI P1:Test STO but don't know how to reset could you please help

 Have you read the remedy of that alarm? It has a list of suggestions what to check.

In practice, I think it turns into a relatively simple exercise.

"Press E-Stop input that turns off VFD E-stop inputs".
Wait for any E-Stop delays. 
Reset E-Stop input to normal position
Issue reset to VFD
Issue reset to E-Stop system
Issue reset to VFD again (if required, or at same time with Safety system reset).

Or, use safety system output becoming happy to automatically issue VFD reset - depending on risk assessment and VFD configuration.
