YYou could use the OT time (is the total time in minutes) to calculate the minutes, hours and days for the display yourself.
However, this is only possible as long as the value of the total minutes of OT does not exceed the value of 32,767. This is the limit for LOGO!, because LOGO! can only calculate with integer values (-32,768 to 32,767).

The other option would be to create your own operating hours counter from cascaded up/down counters.
With a pulse generator, which generates a second impulse, you direct this second impulse to the second counter. If the seconds counter reaches the value of 60, a transfer to the minutes counter takes place and the seconds counter is reset.
The same with the minute counter with a transfer to the hour counter.
The same with the hour counter, except that the value of 24 is transferred to the day counter, as is the reset.

Use Parameter-VM-Mapping to write the OT into a VD (DWord) variable.

Then read the Low word with a network analog input.

But note: Maximum of the value is 32,767. Is the value of OT greater then 32,767, then become you wrong values.
