I have This Problem on My ET200s IM151-1 Standard Where (SF Is Steady Lit ) and (BF is Flashing) 

at The Same Time , ET200s Is Conneceted Symadyne D in Simovert MV Drive , dose Any One Know The Actual Problem that Causes this Issue ?
