As TIA V18 it is possible to perform a frequency dominium analysis of a traced signal, using  the Fast Fourier Transfer and the Bode Diagram

To create a Fast Fourier Transfer Diagram:

1. Create a trace as usual
2. In the FFT diagram tab, select an empty row in the table, right mouse button, Insert new calculated signal.
3. Click on the “F[]” icon (Open the formula editor).
4. Select FFT and in the combo box select the desired variable (as example the formula should be FTT($0)), confirm with ok.
5. Start the record
6. Stop the record

The body diagram represents amplitude and phase relationship between two signals.
It is configured a same way as FFT, with the difference that the function names BODY and he has two variables’ parameters.

TIP: the FFT need that the analyzed variable would be sampled at constant time interval (that means it should be linked to a cyclic time interrupt OB – no Main OB).
