SINUMERIK 802d SL, PLEASE CHECK OR REPLACE encoder cable (driveCliQ cable), or continue if you can replace encoder--if Not replace motor 

Check electrical drawing, if you have exactly motor from another axis, you can make switching test 

Also You can contact you local Siemens office or Some local business , who can test motor or encoder/cable for you
