Hi Mohsen,

you can find the CAD file yourself. You just need to know the order number of your Sinamcis module. Have a look at this topic, it shows how you can find the CAD file:

If you are in a hurry to get drawings printed/plotted so they can be built/assembled/wired, one trick I use (while waiting on an internally official autocad .dwg for a specific module) is to use the parametric connector tool.

First, layout all the input terminals/pins, assign terminal #'s and text, assign BOM data.  Then repeat it for the output side - but without BOM data, use input connector's tag (fixed).  Next, add any needed auxiliary terminals, like for the DC brake on the bottom (or top).  Lastly, draw an autocad rectangle around the connectors.  When it is time to create the official drawing, you are now well over 50% there.

It is very quick for generating printable drawings as well as prototyping your own custom device .dwg model before building your own.

Or, you can download the .dxf provided by Siemens for many of their products (but sadly, not all) and add autocad electrical intelligence to their dxf to build your .dwg.
