question is, how you handle MB_CLIENT block, pls share your MB_CLIENT block with Online status parameters to see them. How you handle Connect, Disconnect (I see you have more Servers) and data read/wriite? I expect you need have some code conditions to handle some situation correctly. ZIP screenshots.

16#80C4 STATUS can point maybe to situation when you set DISCONECT and don't wait to have that clear status about disconnection from Server and try do other things. It can be also some device internal problem (it can happen sometimes that real device is faulty with port) and you can't connect to it. I recommend do tests with PC Client app and check connection to all of devices that they are accessible to be sure.

 no one can help you program your prj. We can give you only tips, recommendations and only after that clear infos you provide. To me, I see in your code Timer and I really don't understand why you're using this Timer. This is simply communication that is handled via output parameters and correct handling is depended to your idea about CLIENT blocks used. You said that 5 blocks are used but no clear infos via what system you're handling them and also what you want to do with 5 CLIENT blocks. Most users missunderstand system how to handle correctly different situations. Where you handle error situations about connection, disconnection, errors? If i see correctly, I've already asked you for this or recomemnded something.

I can imagine your problem during night time as Server devices maybe get off or in temp errors and your code failed solve some error connection/disconnection situation, who knows?

really I can't imagine your code with so many things what I expect with your functionality description above. It is very clear that your code can be stuck at some phase of functionality and can't get to work again due some not correct handling. I expect then your solution as only restart of CPU what probably set correct steps and parameters initial set.
