I want coupling two servo motors synchronizer system. as i need a PLC for other controls If i use CPU 1504D TF , in this case will to CU320-2 PN needed for Drive control?

if you use 1504D TF no additional CU320-2 is need

Ok. my PLC is with 1000 I/O digital input and output.

my project is 9 axis with simple position control and both are synchronized

So I can use  the 1504D insted CU320 and PLC(S7-1516) ok.

depends which axis type you need

1504D and CU320-2 only support 6 servo axis

Which model Servo Driver is integrated(independent control) control and no need to CU320-2 PN? such as S120

Solved. V90 driver's are integreted control but S120 is modular.
