SmartServices VNC Screen Refresh

horsman Posts: 27 Rating: (1)	I am having a problem with screen refreshing when using Remote Control either through IE or the SmartClient viewer. When I switch between screens not all the data is refreshed. So, I have to request a screen refresh. Is there any way of having all the screens items refreshed automatically. I noticed that in the settings on a PC you can set the update handling to poll the entire screen. This option is not available on a panel. For this project we are using WinCC Flex 2005. Would there be any difference with Flex 2008? Thanks,

If not: Link to SP1: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/23059737 Link to HF7: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/24758642 What else: Enter the control panel of the panel, open the "WinCC flexible Internet Settings", choose the tab "Remote" and enable the "Turbo" mode. No idea, if this helps, but I would give it a try.
