Hi,

I'm getting this error (F31130) when trying to move the motor with the V Assistant.

I have 0.75kW drive and 0.75kW motor.

My actions: 

I changed the encoder cable,

I upgraded the firmware version of drive (Firmware version V1.04.03),

I changed the drive and I also changed the motor,

Can you guys help me to solve this problem?

I don't know how, but after trying the same thing 15-20 times, the driver and motor work. 

But the main problem is that even though I upload to the ROM through the V- Assistant, the engine still does not work when I turn the power off and on, the engine still gives the old encoder error and it does not work.

Why is this happening?
