firmware version of PLC is 4.3

version of TIA Portal is 15.1

I want send data to pc side and not matter for these step what SW i used

next i can get data by python SW 

Somewhere you have to specify something like S7-1200 firmware between V4.0  and V4.4 (inclusive) designed in Step7 of V13.0.2.0 to V18.0.0.0. Code is programmed in SCL as to make text file export possible to transplant code to any of the beforementioned Step7 versions. Python compatible with V3.8^[1] (or V3.10^[2]) -- depending on threading / async concurrency used.

The 3rd party software which I mentioned earlier is the most robust. Else you can have a look at sample in the following link: [Interface with S7-1200 using Python]

Beyond this point I am not able to assist.

my problem solved by TCON/TSEND/TRCV function 

these is the easy way for send & receive data in TCP protocol 

and We only need the IP address and port nm
