ACII Member Joined: 4/19/2018 Last visit: 1/29/2025 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi,I'm using an RS232 communication module to send data to a Zebra printer. The printer uses a code called ZPL. To send the information, I use the SEND P2P statement. I place the data in a string variable, but I have seen that it only allows 254 characters. Is there a way I can send a longer chain? I tried the WString variable, but the print loses formatting. Thanks for the support.

First idea what can be functional is only use ETH port on Zebra (Server) and use TCP connection from PLC as Client. Simply you have some limitation in case of this user defined serial communication. Report news about your situation to continue further in case pls.
