Hello everybody

I am stuck into Communication Failed to NC and PLC across Sinumerik 840D and

Startup Tool.

Configuration is NCU 572 with sw 03.06.11 on NC card and Startup Tool ver.6 from SinucomNC.

Machine’s HMI is an old OP30 so I can’t use a regular Series Startup from within HMI, so I have

to use Startup Tool via X122 MPI addr.2, 187.5 kb rate.

There is no way on getting communicate with the NC /PLC in order to transfer the archives.

The archives have been made from running system with sw 03.06.11.

If I change the NC card sw 03.06.11 with sw 04.04.11 it communicates but the  archives don’t fit.

On short, NCU communicates with Startup Tool  under sw 04.04.11 but does not with sw 03.06.11.

May you please have any suggestions?

Clear picture as possible. 7 segment shows an "6" and LED bars only the top lights GREEN.

With sw 04 communication is possible but with sw 03 does not. Tests made with couple of NCU 572 of the same type, sadly same results.
