Yes, you can do all that you ask about.

First of all though, if not available already, you will need to 'customise' to the L4 Project Level, the Event Schema for the project. Customise from L1-Headquarter > Global > Events > Schemas (which will then be available at L4-Project > Global > Events > Schemas). See Capture2.png.

To hide or add categories, you need to edit the associated Schema LDL file that exists in the 'profiles' folder for your project under GMSProjects. You will need to work out what LDL file is being used though for the CC user account. To understand the relationship between the contents of the LDL file and the categories that appear, refer to Capture1.png and Capture3.png. You'll see that 2, 6, 7, 8 and 10 are active in Capture1.png, and this relates to what's highlighted in Capture3.png.

To change the colours, also refer to Capture3.png - this is also highlighted.

After making any changes to the Event Schema in the CC UI, you will need to Save the updated Schema. It's good practice to also click the 'apply the schema to the current project' button. Then shut the UI down, and then log back in to see the changes.
