you can contact your local Siemens support and ask them where you can find the training material.

in short, you can:

go to System2.ManagementView:ManagementView.SystemSettings.Libraries.HQ.Fire.Fire_Detection_HQ_1.Symbols

select  the symbols you want to edit, click the Customize button

-> It will create the same library at the project level containing the symbols

then you can edit the symbol and use your png. Please pay attention to check if the image you replace contains expressions and replicate it on your new symbol.

After that, the folder at the Project level has been created you simply open a symbol at HQ level from the Graphics application, and save it with the same name at the project level. Desigo if it finds an object with the same name at the project level will use it.

If Desigo does not show your symbol try to close and reopen the client. The graphic pages should be saved again.
