granas Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Dear All, The above Drive is 5 YEARS OLD I have a problem with one IGBT for Blue PHASE blowing after running for some hours approximately 72 Hours . I have checked the Motor and the motor cable all seem to be okay. What could be the cause and the drive is having the same parameters as commissioned, After the above failure i get F027 FAULT. naga Posts: 101 Rating: (0)	To segregate the problem with drive or with cable/motor which are external to drive , you try to change the out going cables taking care of no direction reversal. If orignal outgoing cables are R,Y, B make it as B,R,Y and then if B phase IGBT fails some thing wrong with cables/output choke/motor . But if III limb ie. Y phase IGBT fails some thing wrong in drive HW like gate control boardfor firing or Hall effect CTs. Also first check whethe the motor is drawing 3 phase balanced loads. regards, Naga

granas Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Dear Naga, Well thank you very much for your advice for changing the sequence, but i had already tried the same and found the same igbt failing, then i changed with a new drive and the problem is solved. But where can i send my igd card for repair or what could be the cost of new igd drive card. if assuming the failure is of igd card. Regards, granas
