SCSMonitor removed Ethernet-adapter settings

There was an urgent need to install SIMATIC NET PC Software V8, since a computer with CP5611 is in production and the project is designed only for it. I also have the same cp5611 for old projects, and newer SIMATIC NET no longer wants to work with them. :( When the system boots, SCSMonitor resets all adapter settings and unchecks IPv4 (see figure). How to fix changing ethernet adapter settings? I know that this software is not designed for Windows 10, I installed it in compatibility mode.
