 what about tell us what PLC exactly type with firmware you have with HMI connected? Generally in case of S7 conenction typically on S7 PLC (S7-1x00 CPUs with higher specific firmware) is required to set Permiission with PUT/GET set to ON because then security disable this access. This option is under CPU cfg options and need to be compilled and downloaded with changes to CPU. Then this comm channel is enabled to external devices access.
