We have had no other option but to change 1xp8003-10 encoder for 1xp8023-10 encoder however there is no pin configuration for the new encoder. Would anyone be able to tell me the configuration?

The encoder doesn't initialise when you just swap them over. The error code on simotion scout is 31150. I imagine the wiring is different between the encoders.
