Is it possible to use a S7-1500 Failsafe CPU with PCS7?

Hi,

As of PCS 7 V9.0, the Industry Library supplies special blocks for exchanging data between S7-400 and S7-1500:

However, there are no building blocks for communication with fail-safe S7-1500F.

Direct communication between S7-1500F CPUs and F-Systems cannot be established.

However, one can use any S7-300F/S7-400F CPU as a gateway. e.g. the IM151-8F CPU as the smallest possible.

This can be connected to the S7-1500F as an I-Device and convert the data to S7 communication and pass it on to F-Systems.
