How to decode serial message?

The weight is the value 19645 as in the screenshot. This is the value that I need to read. How do I decode the serial data just to read this value? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Cm Ptp Rs 232 and Receive_P2P instruction. Imagine how helpful this response would have been if you said which PLC and software you use. Also share with us what you have done on your own thus far to (a) receive the text (b) decode messages.
