I have a 3rd party bidirectional protocol convertor from PROFINET to BACnet (BACnet does not matter here, it can be any other protocol). Convertor can read 1200 data points from the PROFINET, but there are note (in small letters, which I didn't see when purchased) that convertor buffer is limited to 500 bytes. I need to address around 340 analog values, which need 4 bytes (REAL).

Their support said that for acyclic access it is possible to address up to 4800 bytes, using RDREC and WRREC. However, I don't have any experience in this. Is there some example or tutorial how to do this in the easiest way? Any language except STL is fine.

I wanted to write this in TIA Portal v16 (using S7-1200) to check how it is working, but I must apply the solution on S7-300, using Simatic Manager V7 (because existing software is written in it).
