I'm commissioning the machine which uses 840dsl CNC, there are 7 axes on the machine.

Hardware: NCU730.3B

Software version:4.8.4

Safety integrated version: Safety integrated plus

For the machine , I met a very strange phenomenon , the signals DB3x.DBX61.4 can't be true though the axis speed is less than the parameterized limit value(MD36060) and a travel command isn't present. All of the axes are the same status. 

I don't know the reason for this, who can give me some suggestion and advice?

Actually, the default value of MD36060($MA_standstill_velo_tol) is 5rpm(mm/min).Normally,it's OK.

I have changed it to a bigger value, even to 100mm/min, the signal is still invalid.

I have noticed DBX61.4 bit when axis is actually not assigned to the drive or MD30120=0.
