Hello everyone!

I have a problem about communication between S7-1200 and Schneider PowerTag Link with modbus TCP. I configurated S7-1200 side but I could not communicate each other. I attached pdf document which contains register table and S7-1200 side. Further information;

S7-1200 IP adress : 10.0.120.118

PowerTag Link IP adress : 10.0.120.130

PowerTag Link Modbus address : 1

Can anyone help me about this issue?

yes, it is easy to see where he did problem. Look carefully to his block, what MODE he use and what data he requests as table defines. Then it is clear, he use MODE 103 what is read Holding registers function but from table is clear that registers are Input registers so he use wrong MODE. This is typical situation where I recommend use everytime MODE 0 and correct offset due register type and then you can't be wrong. On other side, he can be lucky if he used MODE 104 in this case, in my opinion.
