I need urgent support regarding Diagnostic's alarm generated by asset management system in servers. My client doesn't want to see the alarm in the server and client side.

I gave him a option to remove the diagnostics hierarchy so that it will be deleted from the system but he is not accepting this option.

Now I need a solution that i will remove the diagnostics alarm from server without doing anything in the AMS or in the main PCS7 Project.

At first glance, it seems that the problem is closer to a discrepancy in the signal reading on the redundant equipment. If no changes have been made and it has been checked that the signals are arriving correctly, I would suggest contacting support, to see if they can review the entire buffer and offer a possible solution.
