Any one can give me idea what causing our Process alarm , journal and operator in the operator workstation not to load. I tried re starting the redundant server but still the same. Only the incoming and acknowledge alarm list I can see in the OS clients. But when I click process alarm, Journal list and operator list it just showing at the bottom left loading from archive but nothing showing.

Normally i just re-started the server and this should be back to normal. But in this case still the same.

Im not sure if the alarm logging in the server are crashing. Kindly give your inputs for those who experience the same.

I think you are correct. Can you advise solution please? I'm planning to create a new project folder in this server but maybe you have alternative way?

I am having the same exact issue.  I have checked the SQL database but could not fix the issue.  What was your solution??
