Hello, I have to replace existing AS410 CPU with older firmware (current version PCS7 v7.0) by new model. When changing the CPU, can I take the SEC from the older CPU to put it in the new CPU ? It's not clear if the SEC is holding all the PO including those added through an extension pack. Many thanks. Best regards ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi, Yes, you can just replace the SEC card. The SEC card is holding the PO and you can just place it in another CPU, but take into account that on the CPU the AS RT PO are booked from ALM (in the ES) to the CPU. Before replacing the CPU (if it's still possible), you should book back AS RT PO from the CPU. |
