Hello

I'm working with Desigo CC v3 and I am getting disconnected from DCC about once in an hour. 
A second before the program is closed I can see that the summary bar is red and "Client disconnected" error is displayed in the middle of the screen.
I checked SMC and under Manager details I can see that the project is being restarted. But why?

upgrade the ram to 16 GB 

This is the software issue: the ALM Plugin is not installed or not correctly installed(it is indicated as N/A).Check it from LMU>About>Details

Stop the project first.

This problem can be solved by uninstalling the LMU and ALM, reboot the system and install the latest version of ALM and LMU and again reboot the system. 

Start the project.

ALM Plugin will be now correctly visible.
