God morning everyone, 

I have a question on how to setup IP-camera for LWE. i have followed siemens guide on setting this up with limited success. im currently doing this with my camera on the work network and PLC connected to the PC. 

my issue is that the stream is using some time to load and when it loads the stream is delayed and tries to catch up.resulting in the stream to fastforward. i have a Reolink RLC-810A  IP-camera. 

another issue is that with the same settings im not able to display any image through my remote setup consisting of a teltonika Rut-240, !LOGO and RLC-810A. i suspect this is because of the way i set it up. maybe i need VPN? does someone know a way for me to do this?

Thanks for your reply, i have studied and followed this to detail. but it is not going to depth about any of the spesific settings. i have obtained image but it is choppy and cant seem to find the setting in vlc which converts this into pictures with 1-3 sec interval images. ive tried tje MJPEG/MPEG source with interval adjustments. but the stream still looks like it is streaming in a quality that is too demanding for the setup.

i'll be glad to upload an example of this if anyone have some insight in this spesific subject :)
