If you cannot find your HEX file here, I believe yur only option is to open a Support Request, and ask Siemens techs direcltly for your file, they may have it in their archives. See the link at the top of this page, Support --> Support Request,.

This equipment is no longer in production and has a status of Spare part, as you can see in the screenshot below. Certain classes of software downloads are not available anymore.
