• we have RT project for  KTP 700, is there any possibility to open RT file in wincc i mean we need to edit something in HMI.

There is no possibility to open/edit a panel project in the TIA Portal.

.brf files are not editable.

This is because when you load the project in a panel, a build of the project is loaded in the panel and not the program itself.

i could open the project in RT simulation but still i need open edit

As I mentioned before, the RT projects extracted from the panel are not editable.

You need the original project.
