I recommend you review the product information tab of this link. On the other hand, apparently it seems that it is what you comment, according to the technical data.

I am confused with the description "1st for IRT and 2nd interface as Ethernet". Ethernet means PROFINET here ? or only to transfer pc program. But where as in data sheet mentioned as "A distributed I/O system is characterized not only by the integration of distributed I/O via PROFINET or PROFIBUS communication modules, but also by the connection of I/O via AS-i master modules or links (e.g. IE/PB-Link)"

All of the CPU's also have 2 network cards, one 100mbit for Profinet (2 connection ports) and one 1gbit for high data amount connections (1 connection port).
