Just to avoid potential problems, I have to ask, is there any obstacle or known problem upfront for installing SIEMENS SIGRA (tool for power analysis) on the same computer where WinCC / PCS 7 Client is installed?

I guess not, but the our customer whats some official statement.

this forum is from Siemens, but you don't get here an official statement from Siemens. The most users are not working for Siemens, they work only with Siemens components and want to share our knowledge to help each other.

If you want to know if you can use a software with PCS 7 you can have a look a the Compatibility Tool from Siemens, there you can find a list with all software that is tested and released for PCS 7. Unfortunately the SIEMENS SIGRA is not listed on the list for PCS 7. This means not that you get problems if you install it with PCS 7, but Siemens hasn't tested it.

If you want to get an official statement from Siemens you have to contact your local Siemens support.

Dear Heisenberg, you are hurting my ego!  (kidding) As you can notice, I have been here for a while now, I am aware of what the forum represents, but it is useful for other readers to get reminded about it.

I didn't expect much from my question, I use compatibilty tool on regular basis, just had some small hopes in case there is a KB article or someones experience.
