Is there a file in which all communication errors are described with possible causes and solutions?

i'm trying to implement sending messages from plc to telegram through a bot with a s7 1200 cpu 1211c ac dc rly firm 4.4 but in status it gives me the error 8701 and in subfunctionStatus 8106 I was wondering if there is a file where it describes all the errors besides these 2 with possible causes and solutions ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

You can search for the error codes in TIA Portal's help. That is what I did. |
