yes, all that kind of diagnostics are done in the @charts automatically. If you don't configure additionally steps, only messages will be created on the operator station for all that diagnostics.

You can configure the "Maintanance Station Basis" wiithout buying an additional license. This will create block icons for PC stations, AS and network components.

With "Maintanance Station Standard" you get block icons for stations like ET200SP HA an the appropiate I/O cards generated. The "Maintanance Station Standard" needs additionally licenses.
