Has anybody else had an issue with their connection resetting when they try to operate the HMI using a phone?

I have an MTP1900 with a TP-Link Wireless Access Point that I can use to connect with SmartClient App. The issue is my PC works fine using SmartClient, but the connection resets if I try to click on the screen using my phone.

To be clear the HMI does load on my phone and will mirror the panel through screen changes but disconnects with any input from the app on my phone.
