Process Historian: after clearing the database it stopped working

The License Manager shows everything fine. The Process Historian license shows used. The license for 1500 archive tags shows not in use. And in Process Historian Managment I see the same thing as in the picture of the author of this post. Please help how to solve this problem. It used to show everything, after clearing the database it stopped working. AutoGen_901728 Hi I did a backup from the database, next I opened the Database Installation Wizard.exe to create a new Database because some signals were twice and didn't worth it. I restarted the server after than appeared the message "Invalid License". The licences are there, but they are not visible (Missing) System: Process Historian + Information Server Please Help ! But screenshot shows both PH and PH Redundancy as missing.. Its indicate PH in "error" state. Kindly connect the database and make it to active state and check. If it repeats please share the screesnshot while PH is in active state.
