Well explained thank you. I have another question: I want to display the output value of the FC105 function in Intouch using Kepware's KEPServerEX. The communication between Step7 and KEPServerEX is established, and I can see the data value change in KEPServerEX. However, I'm unable to see the data in Intouch. I have created an access name and successfully controlled a lamp, but I'm unsure of the data type to use in Intouch for the output of the FC105 function, which is located at MD4. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello utilisateur; I am not a frequent user of Intouch, so my reply might not be very helpful. The output value from the FC105 SCALE instruction is a REAL value, a 4-byte (32-bit) floating-point (decimal) value based on IEEE 754 standards. What is the equivalent of such a value in Intouch? Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
