Hi all, I would like use v90 for a collaborative axis which had to move a cobot. I would like implement on my own some function to interrupt axis if an externa force is detected.

can some suggest me some idea or tell me if it is possible implement custom function work on v90?

You mean like CFC / DCC used in some other Sinamics drives?  Or, do you mean like an external alarm digital input that causes it to fault / halt?

I mean that if a motor when accelerate or decelerate use 2A if an external obstacle require 2

3A or a force in NM higher than usual it stop. If during uniform movement require 1A or a particular torque if for external force it require more current or torque it stop. 

You mean, you want to modify current / torque limits dynamically?

Are you using a Siemens PLC to cause V90 motion?  If so, you can create T.O.s to manage the movement and configure it with lower torque (current) limits but leave the fault limits the same (at the higher value).

It could difficult for me too explain the purpose I do an example. 

I have a motor which had to go with a speed of 5000rpm and a certain ramp to torn on and torn off

During acceleration or deceleration it require a certain torque(current) while when it is at 5000rpm it a require a lower torque becouse the inertia is won. I would like that if an external force push against the motor during different motions (acceleration-constant speed-deceleration) the motor stop for security. I imagine that if usually the motor during acceleration require 2Ampere if a obstacle occurs it require more than 2A so motor had stop for security. If during constant speed it require 1A if a external obstacle occurs it require more thank 1A and the same during deceleration.

Obviously this data change if user change speed or acceleration values. 

I would like implement as a cobot already do (collaborative robot) to follow external force or stop for security but taking in account usual torque require when external force of obstacle not occurs
