check the Option+ Package there is a Simatic Logon Basic included.

Its the only Way I know for a direct access to the Panel.

Of course you can use a Profinet or DP or serial Device communicating with the PLC then you can use the Job Mailbox in the HMI connection or you can use a Tag Tigger for the Login from the PLC.

but we have to less information to write a reliable soultion suggestion.
