I would like to edit the attribute TagNameDisplayed from a APL Symbol (See screenshot).

In the End I would like to have a script reading each tagnamedisplayed of all symbols on a picture and edit them - but to do so I first have to read the attribute and I am unsuccessful at that.

I am using this script:

Sub ModifyObjectName()
Dim objObject As HMIObject
Set colObjects = ActiveDocument.HMIObjects

For Each objObject In colObjects
MsgBox "Found: " & objObject.ObjectName

Next objObject
End Sub

 This obviously only returns ObjectName in a msgbox, if I replace .Objectname with .TagNameDisplayed I get the error 438 object does not support.

Can anybody tell me how to read the attribute TagNameDisplayed or why I am not able to read it using the script above?

I'm not sure that this attribute can be accessed dynamically and if it can be changed (globally) by a script... Which WinCC version are you using?
