Dear all,

I've a rack with a CPU 416-2 DP and CP card (6GK7443-1EX30-0XE0). When I switched on the power supply for the rack CPU boots and starts running but all LED's in CP card are steady on including MAINT LED.

I Cant find the CP when i tried to go online and open special diagnostics. 
Could you help with some information that what could be the cause for this problem?
