Problem with communication between s7-1500 and visu+

I have a Siemens PLC 1512SP-1 PN(programming in TIA Portal V16) from which I want to get the information into Visu+ 2.43 version by creating a new communication driver in real time DB (interface of Visu+), ethernet s7-1200/s7-1500 TCP. I have tried using a s7-1200 and the connection is succesful and I can read all the data, I want to know what can possibly be the difference between s7-1200 and s7-1500. I attach the possibilities I have for Siemens PLC, mentioning that it would be great for our application to get all the data at once with real time DB and not by means of Modbus TCP. Thank you! Check in S71500 Security settings if you hae activated the Pupt/Get Communication and use non optimized DBs. I don't know that Visu+ app??? system but from screemshot is clear to see Port 102 what use S7 communication/access. In this case any of S7 connected to this system (as Server) need have enabled option Put/Get in it's Option due security access reasons.
